Important Terms
Eligibility: The guarantee applies to work where you followed our tutoring guidance and submitted the work as instructed. It does not cover situations where you modified the work significantly after receiving our tutoring or failed to follow submission guidelines.
Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your grade. After this period, we cannot process refunds.
Proof Required: You must provide official grade documentation (screenshot, PDF, or gradebook access) showing the score received.
One Guarantee Per Assignment: Each assignment, quiz, or exam is covered individually. If you receive a B+ on one assignment and a C on another, only the C assignment qualifies for a refund.
Good Faith Clause: We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of obvious fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation. However, this has never happened in our 8+ years of operation.
